Hello
there!

If you’re here, it’s safe to assume you care deeply about what you’re building. I respect that.

I grew up in the service industry.

My parents worked their way from dishwasher to owner, and I watched what it actually takes to keep something running when payroll is due and people are counting on you. Those environments fostered my love for people, food, and business, and it shapes my understanding of leadership:

Integrity leaves the best impression.

I spent 15 years working my way from host stand to General Manager. From there I shifted into Business Consulting, learned how quickly small communication gaps turn into operational strain in every industry. I’ve also seen how powerful it is when a team is aligned, when roles are clear, and the systems are strong enough to support the demands.

Leadership, I learned, isn’t loud. It’s consistent.

From 2016 to 2018, I worked on political campaigns in executive administration and finance. The stakes were higher here, but the lesson was the same…

The structure determines the stability.

I have been an entrepreneur since 2013. For most of those years, I have managed multiple income streams while raising three children, currently ranging from toddler to teen.

My life is layered, and so are the businesses I work with. I understand complexity from the inside, not from a whiteboard.

But complexity doesn’t overwhelm me. It sharpens me.

My brain naturally zooms out and recognizes patterns quickly. I can usually identify the difference between a motivation problem and a design problem.

In my experience, most breakdowns are not about effort. They are about misalignment and unclear systems. That’s the work I’m drawn to.

I’m here to talk if you’re ready for support.
